ShareMyArtwork is the fastest, easiest, and most affordable way for artists to build professional websites. Creating a website requires users to provide ShareMyArtwork with images, text, documents, and personalized data. ShareMyArtwork fully respect every user's right to privacy, and takes steps to preserve the intellectual property rights of all its artists.

The ShareMyArtwork Privacy Policy applies to all users of the ShareMyArtwork service. It is not applicable to unregistered visitors to websites hosted by ShareMyArtwork.

• All artwork uploaded to ShareMyArtwork remains the property of the account holder. Beyond posting artwork on the account holder's website, ShareMyArtwork will not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork of its users unless specific consent has been granted by the account holder.
• Image files uploaded to ShareMyArtwork can be designated as public or private. Public files will be displayed on the user's ShareMyArtwork website, at the URL that is chosen by the user. The user has the ability to change any posted images from public to private at any time, or to delete the image from their account entirely.
• Artwork that is in a portfolio that is designated as public will be available to all site visitors, whether they have a ShareMyArtwork account or not. Hi-resolution images that are uploaded will only be accessible in smaller file sizes to prevent site visitors from using the image without consent of the account holder.

 

• All text, documents, and other HTML content that is uploaded to ShareMyArtwork pages through the admin panel is automatically displayed on the account holder's website, and free for any member of the public to view. It is the user's responsibility to only post information that they wish to make public.
• All of the site content also remains entirely the property of the account holder, and will not be reproduced, distributed, or sold under any circumstances.
  

 

• Signing up for a ShareMyArtwork account requires users to input certain sensitive data including name and email address.Premium accounts require specific billing information.
• At no point will ShareMyArtwork reproduce, distribute, or sell any identifiable data that has been inputted by a ShareMyArtwork user.
